Summary: Magus Pokus Studios develops mobile applications that, in their current version, do not collect or transmit personal data to our own servers or third parties. Information you enter is stored only on your device. We do not sell data, and we do not use advertising or analytics services in our current apps.
1. Data controller
Magus Pokus Studios ("we", "our", or "the developer") is the controller of the data described in this policy.

This policy applies to mobile applications published by Magus Pokus Studios on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and other distribution platforms.
2. Covered applications
This policy covers, among others, the following applications:

If we publish new apps, we will update this page. Each app may have specifics described in the relevant section.
3. Information we collect
In the current version of our applications we do not collect personal data remotely. There is no server-side account registration, cloud sign-in, or automatic sending of information to Magus Pokus Studios.
3.1 Data stored locally on your device
When you use our apps, you may enter or generate information that is stored only on your phone or tablet, for example:

3.2 Data we do NOT collect
- Geographic location
- Advertising identifiers (Ad ID)
- Contacts, calendar, SMS, or calls
- Biometric data
- Payment information (our current apps are free and have no in-app purchases)
- Web browsing history
- Analytics, telemetry, or behavioral tracking data
4. Device permissions
Our apps may request or declare the following permissions. They are used only for the purposes described:

You may deny optional permissions; the app will still work, though some features (such as adding your own photos) will be limited.
5. How we use your information
Local data is used exclusively to:
- Show recipe recommendations based on your inventory and preferences
- Save your profile, favorites, shopping lists, and custom recipes
- Improve your experience within the application itself
We do not use your data for advertising, commercial profiling, or sale to third parties.
6. Sharing with third parties
In the current version of our apps:
- We do not share personal data with advertisers, social networks, data brokers, or commercial partners.
- We do not integrate analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics) or ad networks.
- We do not sell personal information.
Google Play and Apple may process their own download and install data under their own policies, independent of us.
7. Device backups
On Android, if Google backup is enabled on your device, local app data (database and images) may be included in your Google account backup, depending on your phone and OS settings. This is managed by Google, not directly by Magus Pokus Studios.
If you prefer not to include app data in automatic backups, review your device backup settings or uninstall the app before switching phones.
8. Retention and deletion
- Data remains on your device while the app is installed.
- Uninstalling the app removes local data (database, images, and preferences) from the device, except for external backups you configured (for example, Google backup).
- We do not keep copies on our servers because we do not receive that data.

9. Security
Because data is stored locally, security largely depends on your device protections (screen lock, system encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your OS updated and using a secure unlock method.
We do not transmit personal data to our servers in the current version, so in-transit encryption to Magus Pokus Studios does not apply.
10. Children
Our applications are not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided data through any channel (for example, a contact email), write to us and we will handle the deletion request.
ConLoQueHay is rated for all audiences (no violent, sexual, or gambling content).
11. Users in the European Union and Mexico
If you live in the European Economic Area or Mexico, you have rights under the GDPR and LFPDPPP, including access, rectification, erasure, and objection regarding your personal data. Because we do not store your data on our own servers, exercising these rights over local information is mainly done by deleting data in the app or uninstalling it. 12. Data safety declaration (Google Play)
To meet Google Play Console requirements, we declare the following for ConLoQueHay v1.0:
- Does the app collect data? Yes, locally on the device (name, optional email, preferences, inventory, recipes, and optional images).
- Is data shared with third parties? No.
- Is data encrypted in transit? Not applicable; it is not transmitted to the developer’s servers.
- Can the user request deletion? Yes, by uninstalling the app or clearing local data.
- Advertising? No.
- In-app purchases? No.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we publish new app versions, add online features (such as cloud sync, user accounts, or analytics), or when the law requires it. We will publish the updated version at this same URL and show the “Last updated” date at the top of the document.
If changes are significant (for example, if we begin collecting data on servers), we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means before they take effect.
